Everything about each machine, on one page
One register, who holds what
Every asset gets a code, category, department, location and condition. Hand it to a person or department with a printed handover slip, take it back, and see everything each person is holding.
Photos and purchase papers
Upload a photo of the machine and its invoice, receipt, warranty card, AMC contract or manual — as a picture, PDF, Word or Excel file. Everything opens from the asset’s page.
Licences with renewal
Record each licence with its number, issuing authority and expiry, and attach the certificate. Renew it with the new certificate and dates; the old one stays in the history.
Warnings before dates pass
Boxes on the asset dashboard count warranties, AMCs and licences ending in the next 60 days and services due in 14. Each warning can be snoozed or dismissed, and admins also get it in the notification bell.
Repairs and service log
Open a repair or a scheduled service, record the vendor, work done, cost and next service date, and see which machines are away for repair right now.
Value and condition reports
Cost, depreciation and book value grouped by category, condition, department, status or purchase year — printed as a PDF report or downloaded as CSV, with labels and QR codes for each asset.

What files can I attach to an asset?
Photos of the machine, and the invoice, receipt, warranty card, AMC contract, manual or any other paper as an image, PDF, Word or Excel file.
How early does it warn about warranties, AMCs and licences?
Sixty days before a warranty, AMC or licence ends, and fourteen days before a service is due. A warning can be snoozed for a while or dismissed, and dismissed warnings can be brought back.
Can I print a report of all equipment and its value?
Yes. The Value & reports tab prints a PDF report grouped by category, condition, department, status or purchase year, with cost, depreciation and book value, a condition summary and the disposed list — or a one-page summary only.
Does it track furniture and IT equipment too?
Yes. Categories are yours to set, each with its own code prefix and useful life for depreciation — medical equipment, furniture, computers, vehicles or anything else.
