This policy explains how Flexify Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies on hospify.pro and in the Hospify Pro application. It should be read with our privacy policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies include browser local storage and IndexedDB, which store information in your browser. Some are essential for a site to work; others help us understand how the site is used.

We use Google Analytics to see which pages are useful, how visitors find us and where the site can be improved. We also use the Meta Pixel to measure how well our Facebook and Instagram ads work (for example, how many visitors from an ad send a sign-up request) and to show our ads to people who have visited hospify.pro. We do not use analytics data to identify individual visitors, and we never send form contents to Meta. Meta may process this data in other countries; see Meta’s privacy policy. 3. Cookies and storage in the Hospify Pro app
The Hospify Pro application uses only what it needs to work:
- Session and authentication cookies keep you securely signed in and protect against cross-site request forgery. They are strictly necessary.
- Browser storage (IndexedDB / local storage) holds data on your device for offline mode, so registration, billing and prescriptions continue when the internet drops and sync when it returns. This data stays on that device until it has synced; keep devices protected with a password.
- Preference storage remembers settings such as language, printer and display choices.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies inside the application. Because offline data is stored in the browser, do not use Hospify Pro on public or shared computers without signing out, and do not clear browser data while there are unsynced changes.
4. Third-party services
Some pages include links or content from third parties, such as WhatsApp links, Google Maps links to our offices, embedded video, or payment pages from bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz, Stripe or PayPal. Those providers may set their own cookies under their own policies when you use them.
5. How to control cookies
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site or app from working.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- You can control the ads Meta shows you in your Facebook ad preferences.
- Most browsers also offer private browsing modes and “Do Not Track” or global privacy settings.
