Every customer is a member, known by their phone number. Set your levels once; customers move up on their own as they buy more, and the counter applies their discount without anyone remembering.

Sell on credit, with a limit
Pick the customer by name or phone and choose On credit. The bill goes on their account; a credit limit stops it before it goes too far.
Collect bill by bill — or all at once
Each unpaid bill has a Collect button. Take part or all of it by cash, bKash, Nagad or card, or receive one amount set against the oldest bills first.
A page for every customer
Total bought, what they saved, what they owe, their level and how far to the next, every bill with reprint, and the medicines they usually buy.
Dues at a glance
The home page shows who owes you and what you owe suppliers. The customer list sorts by who owes most, with each customer’s limit beside it.

Do I need a hospital plan to use the pharmacy?
No. The Pharmacy plan works on its own for Tk 1,500 / $29 a month.

Can I give regular customers a membership discount and sell on credit?
Yes. Every customer is a member, with their phone number as the customer ID. They start on your first level (for example Silver, 2% off) and move up automatically when their total purchases reach the threshold you set for the next level (for example Gold at Tk 10,000, Platinum at Tk 30,000). The discount applies on its own at the counter. Credit sales go on the customer’s account with an optional credit limit, and you collect dues from the Customers page.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Sales continue offline and sync automatically when the connection returns.
