About Hospify Pro
What is Hospify Pro?
Hospify Pro is cloud-based hospital management software for hospitals, diagnostic centres, clinics, doctor chambers and pharmacies. Twenty-five connected modules — from patients, appointments and OPD to laboratory, radiology, IPD, emergency, operation theatre, pharmacy, billing, accounts, HR, messaging, patient portal and reports — share one patient record. It keeps working when the internet drops and sends reports and prescriptions to patients on WhatsApp.
Who is Hospify Pro for?
Single-doctor chambers, multi-doctor clinics and polyclinics, diagnostic centres and laboratories, hospitals with beds, hospital groups and chains, and standalone retail pharmacies. Each gets a plan sized for it, on the same platform.
Who makes Hospify Pro?
Flexify Ltd, a software company registered in England and Wales (company number 16871618) with a registered company and office in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The team that builds Hospify Pro is the team that answers support messages.
Is Hospify Pro made for Bangladesh?
Yes. It is designed around how healthcare providers in Bangladesh work — offline operation, bKash and Nagad payments, WhatsApp reports, serial and token booking, and referral commission — while being built to international standards and priced in both BDT and USD for other countries.
Which languages does it support?
English at launch, with full Bangla and Arabic interfaces next. Prescriptions and patient messages can already be written in the patient’s language.
Is Hospify Pro a medical device or does it give medical advice?
No. Hospify Pro is administrative and clinical-workflow software. Clinical decisions, prescriptions and report verification remain the responsibility of qualified professionals, and AI Assistant suggestions must always be reviewed by a doctor.
Features and modules
Which modules are included?
Twenty-five modules in eight groups: front desk (patients, appointments, queue), clinical (OPD, IPD and beds, emergency, operation theatre, departments, certificates), diagnostics (laboratory, radiology, blood bank), pharmacy and stock (pharmacy, central store, asset management), money (billing, expenses, commission, accounts), people (staff and HR, telemedicine), communication (messages, patient portal, website) and reports. Which modules you get depends on your plan and add-ons.
Can doctors write e-prescriptions on their own letterhead?
Yes. Doctors write prescriptions in under a minute with templates and medicine search, print on their own letterhead with degrees and BMDC number, and can send the prescription PDF to the patient’s WhatsApp.
Does it support serial and token numbers and a queue display?
Yes. Each doctor’s schedule issues serial or token numbers by session and chamber, walk-ins and online bookings share one list, and a waiting-room TV shows who is being seen and who is next. The queue display and online booking with payment are included from the Clinic plan.
How does the laboratory module work?
Paid tests appear automatically on the lab worklist, samples get barcode labels, results are entered against reference ranges with out-of-range flags, and the pathologist verifies and locks each report before it can be printed or sent to WhatsApp, SMS and the patient portal.
Does it calculate doctor and referral commission?
Yes. Commission rules are set per referrer and per test or category, as a percentage or fixed amount, and calculated automatically from collected invoices after discounts and refunds, with statements for each referrer.
Does it handle IPD, beds, emergency and the operation theatre?
Yes. A visual bed map runs admissions, transfers and discharges; charges post to the running bill as care happens; emergency triages by severity; and the OT schedule links surgeons, theatres and charges. These are included in the Hospital and Enterprise plans and available as an add-on for smaller plans.
Is there a pharmacy module?
Yes. Barcode point of sale, batch and expiry tracking with first-expiry-first-out selling, purchase orders, supplier dues and reorder alerts. The standalone Pharmacy plan adds a customer list with the phone number as the customer ID, membership levels that move up automatically as customers buy more, sales on credit with credit limits, and dues collection bill by bill. It is available as a standalone Pharmacy plan or as an add-on to other plans, and is included in the Hospital plan.
Do patients get their own portal or app?
Yes. Every facility gets its own branded patient portal where patients see reports, prescriptions, bills and appointments, and can book online. No app installation is needed — it works in any phone browser.
Is there an AI assistant?
Yes, as an optional premium add-on (Tk 2,500 / $39 a month, 5,000 AI credits included). In the OPD it gives the doctor a one-click patient summary, likely diagnoses with ICD codes, tests and medicines to consider that can be added in one click, and a safety check of the prescription for interactions, allergies and doses. It only suggests — the doctor reviews and decides — and the patient’s name, phone and ID are never sent.
Offline mode, data and security
Does Hospify Pro work without internet?
Yes. Every device keeps working and queues new work while offline, and the optional Hospify Local Server keeps a whole hospital working together on its own network. Everything syncs automatically, in order, when the connection returns.
Is patient data safe?
Each facility has its own isolated, encrypted database, with encryption in transit, daily encrypted off-site backups, role-based access, two-factor login and a full audit log. Verified reports and issued invoices are locked so they cannot be quietly changed.
Who owns the data?
You do. You can export all of it at any time at no extra charge. If a payment is late the account becomes read-only rather than locking you out, and leaving is a data export, not a negotiation.
Can Flexify staff see our patients’ data?
Only when needed to resolve a support request or security issue, with your permission where practical. Every access is logged, and staff are bound by confidentiality. We never sell data or use patient data for advertising.
Can it run on our own server?
Yes. Hospify Pro can be installed on your own on-premise server, or run in the cloud with the Hospify Local Server as a hybrid. Online booking, messaging and payments need an internet connection.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Your account stays available for 30 days after your paid period ends so you can export everything. After that, data is deleted from the live system and then from backups as they rotate out.

Are there setup fees?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with the difference prorated, and your patients and data carry over without migration. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Billing, refunds and cancellation
How do we pay?
In Bangladesh by bKash (with auto-renewal), Nagad, cards and bank transfer via SSLCommerz, and bank transfer for Hospital and Enterprise plans. Internationally by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes. Subscriptions renew for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from Account & Subscription or by emailing us.
Can we get a refund?
No. All fees are non-refundable once paid, including subscriptions, setup fees, add-ons, credits and unused time. That is why every plan has a 14-day free trial with no card required — please evaluate fully before subscribing. The only exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge caused by a billing error on our side.
What happens if we pay late?
We send reminders, then allow a 14-day grace period, after which the account becomes read-only until payment. You can still view and export all your data while the account is read-only.
Do you charge VAT?
Prices exclude VAT, sales tax and other government charges, which are added where applicable. Payment gateway and currency conversion charges are the customer’s responsibility.
WhatsApp, SMS and reports
Are SMS and WhatsApp messages included?
Message delivery is part of every plan; messages use prepaid credits bought separately. One credit sends one SMS or one WhatsApp utility message (including a PDF report); messages that fail to send are not charged. Packs start at 1,000 credits for Tk 1,000 or $15, down to Tk 0.65 per message on larger packs.
Can reports be sent from our own WhatsApp number?
Yes. With the WhatsApp Business API add-on (Tk 1,000 / $19 a month), reports, reminders and bills come from your facility’s own verified WhatsApp number with your name and logo.
Are unverified results ever sent to patients?
No. Only reports that have been verified and locked by an authorised pathologist or technologist can be printed or sent by WhatsApp, SMS or the portal.
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. You can set alerts at 80% and 100% usage and turn on automatic top-up.
Lab machines and integrations
Can Hospify Pro connect to our lab analysers?
Yes, with the lab machine integration add-on (Tk 2,000 / $49 a month per analyser). Results flow from analysers that have a host or LIS interface (ASTM or HL7) directly into the report, matched by the sample barcode, and wait for verification before release.
Which analyser models are supported?
Most fully automated haematology, biochemistry, immunoassay, electrolyte and urine analysers with a host interface can be connected. Send us the brand, model and software version of each machine and we will confirm support during onboarding. Semi-automatic analysers without an interface can use file import or manual entry.
Can we take online payments from patients?
Yes. Patients can pay for online bookings and bills by bKash, Nagad, card (SSLCommerz) or, internationally, Stripe and PayPal.
Can we use our own domain, like yourhospital.com?
Yes, on any plan. Your public website opens at yourhospital.com and staff sign in at yourhospital.com/login, with a free https certificate set up and renewed for you. It is a one-time Tk 3,000 / $49 (included in Enterprise): open Settings → Your domain, pay the fee, add one DNS record where you bought the domain, and it usually goes live within an hour. Your yourname.hospify.pro address keeps working.
Is there an API?
API access is part of the Enterprise plan. A white-label option with your own brand and mobile app is available as a premium add-on.
Getting started and support
Can we move data from our current software?
Yes. Patients, doctors, tests, prices, medicines, stock and outstanding balances can be imported, and older records can be archived as documents. Migration is included in Hospital setup and quoted for other plans.
How long does it take to go live?
Chambers, clinics and pharmacies can start the same day with self-service setup. Diagnostic centres usually take a few days to set up tests, prices and reference ranges. Hospitals with beds typically go live in a few weeks, including migration and role-by-role training.
Will you train our staff?
Yes. Every plan has in-app guides. Diagnostic setup includes online training, and Hospital setup includes on-site, role-by-role training for reception, doctors, lab, cashiers, pharmacy and accounts.
How do we get support?
By WhatsApp and in-app chat on every plan, with phone and on-site support for Hospital and Enterprise plans and a priority SLA for Enterprise. You talk directly to the team that builds the product.
Can we see it before we buy?
Yes. Open the live demo — the real software with three months of sample data, set up as a doctor’s chamber, clinic, diagnostic centre or hospital. No password or sign-up. You can also book a guided demo, or sign up for a 14-day free trial.
Do we have to enter tests, medicines and diagnoses from scratch?
No. Every new account starts with 282 lab tests, 867 services, 25,338 medicines and 29,000 WHO ICD-10 / ICD-11 diagnosis codes already loaded. You set your own prices and switch off what you don’t use — or import your existing price list from Excel.
How do I sign up?
Send a sign-up request with your facility details. We approve it, set up your own private database and web address, and send your login — usually within one working day. The first 14 days are free, with no card.
