No. Reports arrive on WhatsApp or SMS, and the patient portal works in any phone browser.
Can the website use our own domain?
Yes. Connect yourhospital.com from Settings → Your domain for a one-time Tk 3,000$49. Add one DNS record and it goes live with free https, usually within an hour.
Can messages show our hospital name?
Yes. For SMS with your hospital name (masking), connect your own SMS company account in Settings — those SMS are billed by your SMS company and use no Hospify credits. The WhatsApp Business API add-on sends from your own WhatsApp number.
