Shelf locations
Each medicine carries its rack and shelf (A-3, Fridge). The counter shows where it is as you search, and shelf labels print in one go.
Customer membership levels
Standalone pharmacy: every customer is a member with their phone number as the customer ID. They start on the first level (for example Silver, 2% off) and move up on their own when their total purchases reach the threshold you set (Gold at Tk 10,000, Platinum at Tk 30,000). The discount is applied at the counter automatically.
Credit (due) sales and dues
Sell on credit to a regular customer with an optional credit limit. Each customer has a page with every bill, what is unpaid and what they usually buy; collect one bill or the whole balance, by cash, bKash, Nagad or card.
Ward requisitions
In hospitals, wards request medicines and the issue is charged to the admitted patient automatically.

Do we have to type in every medicine?
No. 25,338 medicines are already in the list with generic, strength, form and company. You only add stock, batches and your selling prices.
Can a pharmacy use Hospify Pro without the hospital modules?
Yes. The standalone Pharmacy plan is Tk 1,500 or $29 a month for 3 users and one shop, with free self-service setup.
Does it track expiry dates?
Yes. Every batch has an expiry date, sales follow first-expiry-first-out, and alerts warn before stock expires.
Can I give regular customers a discount automatically?
Yes, in the standalone Pharmacy plan. Set your membership levels in Settings → Customer membership: each level’s discount and the total purchases needed to reach it. Customers start on the first level and move up automatically on the sale that crosses the threshold; the counter applies their discount when you pick them by name or phone.
Can we sell on credit (baki) and keep track of it?
Yes. Pick the customer and choose On credit at the counter. The bill goes on their account, a credit limit stops it going too far, and the customer’s page lists every unpaid bill with a Collect button. Payments can be taken bill by bill or as one amount set against the oldest bills.
Can Clinic or Diagnostic plans add a pharmacy?
Yes. The Pharmacy module is an add-on for Tk 1,500 or $24 a month. It is included in the Hospital plan.
