Automatic worklist

Barcode samples
Print barcode labels at collection; scan to receive in the lab. Every sample is traceable from collection centre to report.
Verify and lock
Technologists enter results, the pathologist verifies, and the report locks. Corrections are made by void-and-reissue with the reason recorded.
Report delivery
Verified reports go to the patient by WhatsApp or SMS link and to the patient portal, and to the referring doctor if you choose.
Radiology and collection centres
X-ray, ultrasound, CT and MRI reporting with templates; collection centres send samples and see results under the same system.
Lab machine integration (premium)

Do we have to enter all our tests ourselves?
No. 282 lab tests and 867 services are already loaded, with sample types, units and reference ranges. You set your prices and switch off what you don’t do. Your own price list can also be imported from Excel.
Can verified reports be edited?
No. Verified reports are locked. A correction is made by voiding and reissuing the report, with the reason and user recorded in the audit log.
Can Hospify Pro connect to our lab analysers?
Yes, as a premium add-on priced per analyser (Tk 2,000 / $49 a month each). Analysers with a host or LIS interface (ASTM or HL7) send results straight into the report, matched by the sample barcode, and results still wait for verification before release.
Which analysers are supported?
Most fully automated haematology, biochemistry, immunoassay, electrolyte and urine analysers with a host interface can be connected. Send us the brand, model and software version of each machine and we confirm support during onboarding. Semi-automatic analysers can use file import or manual entry.
How are reports delivered to patients?
By WhatsApp, SMS link and the patient portal, as soon as the report is verified. Delivery uses messaging credits — one credit per message sent.
Does it support reference ranges by age and sex?
Yes. Each test has reference ranges that can vary by age and sex, and out-of-range values are flagged automatically when results are entered or received.
Can we run collection centres?
Yes. Collection centres register patients and collect samples under the same system; samples are tracked by barcode into the main lab, and reports are released back to the patient and the collection point. Collection centres are included from the Diagnostic plan.
Which plan do we need for the lab?
Basic laboratory — tests, results and report printing — is in every plan. The full lab workflow with worklists, barcode samples, verify-and-lock, radiology, collection centres and WhatsApp report delivery is in the Diagnostic plan (Tk 6,500 / $149 a month) and above.
