The hospital that keeps running when the internet does not

Power cuts, broadband outages and mobile data dropping in remote areas are part of daily life for many hospitals. Hospify Pro was designed around them from the first line of code.

In short

Hospify Pro works offline. Each device keeps a secure local copy and queues new work when the internet drops, so staff keep registering patients, billing and entering results. The optional Hospify Local Server keeps every PC in a hospital connected on its own network. When the connection returns, everything syncs automatically, in order, with no re-keying.

How offline mode works

  1. Connection dropsStaff keep registering patients, taking payments and entering results
  2. Work queues locallyEach device holds a secure local copy and records new work against it
  3. Local Server holds it togetherThe whole hospital keeps working on its own network
  4. Sync on returnEverything syncs automatically, in order, with no re-keying
Sync and backup

Your data, kept in three places

The cloud runs the hospital while the internet is up; the Local Server takes over when it isn’t, and the two sync both ways. Backups go to Wasabi, an immutable copy at a second provider, and the hospital’s own NAS.

Staff PCs work with the Hospify cloud while the internet is up and with the hospital’s Local Server when it is not; the two sync both ways. Data is kept in three places: cloud backups on Wasabi with an immutable copy at a second provider, and a nightly backup on the hospital’s own NAS.

Two levels of offline

Device offline — every plan

Each computer or tablet keeps working on its own and syncs later. Ideal for chambers, clinics, diagnostic centres and pharmacies where each counter works independently.

Local Server Setup — hospitals

A server inside the hospital keeps reception, wards, lab, pharmacy and accounts connected to each other during an outage, so a bill raised in the ward appears at the cash counter instantly. Included in Enterprise; Tk 20,000 / $250 one-time on other plans.

Questions

Offline mode: frequently asked

Can Hospify Pro work without internet?

Yes. Registration, appointments, billing, prescriptions, lab results and pharmacy sales continue offline on each device and sync automatically when the connection returns.

What is the Hospify Local Server?

Software that runs on a computer inside your hospital so every PC keeps working together on the local network during an internet outage. It is a one-time setup of Tk 20,000 / $250 with no monthly charge, and included in Enterprise. Hardware can be supplied separately or you can use your own server.

What does not work offline?

Anything that needs the outside world: online doctor booking and payment, WhatsApp and SMS delivery, and access from outside the hospital. Messages queue and send when the connection returns.

What happens if two people edit the same record offline?

Work syncs in order. Locked records such as verified reports and issued invoices cannot be changed offline, which prevents conflicting edits to the documents that matter most.

Can we run Hospify Pro entirely on our own server?

Yes. It can be installed on your on-premise server, with cloud access and cloud backup added when you want them.

Modern care deserves modern software.
